Overall a fun time. Not sure we will ever sail out of NJ in winter again. Feels like you lost a day and a half each end due to cold

Not a big fan of new menu in MDR. Limited choices could be better. Windjammer was the same as always. Had lunch at Jamie Oliver’s one day and it was well worth the $16.99 pp

Could never get a seat. Even on sea days, when you pay, water was too rough

The layout is confusing and most shows are difficult to see unless you get a seat that’s dead center. The shows were good at least the parts we could see

Room steward was proficient and did a good job on the room, just not super friendly. Pool bar staff was the worse we’ve ever had on any ship. I heard many people complaining about them. Bartenders just seemed to be in a bad mood all trip. Guest service was great as were the MDR waiters
