Review summary
Make sure all your amenities included in the sailing are attached to the booking prior to sailing. I booked thru BJ travel and was suppose to have the following amenities: soda package for 2, Johnny rockets up to 4people, spa for 1 and specialty dining for 2. It is day 4 and I’m still going back and forth with BJ and Royal even after I shown my sailing itiniery and contract to the staff. May I also included I have been calling BJ since we set sail 11/29, today is 11/2.Embarkation
