I will never go on this ship again. RCCL QUALITY IS GOING DOWN HILL. This was my 20th cruise with RCCL and 3rd with in a year and I'm leaving on the Harmony of the Seas on Nov.12 I hope this one is better.

The Main Dinning Room was Great the Waiter Mukesh and the Asst Waiter Nehal did an excellent job. Chops was great other than the Shrimp have got a lot smaller. The Buffet was the worst place to eat. They were so unorganized half the time couldn't find plates or Silverware. The food was so so. The Two-70 Café the roast beef sandwich was the worst I ever had, so tough to eat.

The one in the Main Theater and Two-70 where good, but thing where miss managed. They pick the wrong Venues for the other show NOT ENOUGH EVERYONE TO SIT.

I have seen better. Room Steward was OK, The waiters in the Main Dinning Room Was Great, Chops Waiters did a great job. The Buffet was every Poor. Guest Service was OK.

I did buy up on my Cabin to Balcony Cabin 6278. It was very clean and comfortable. I think the need change the mattress you could feel the bars under the mattress.
Everyone was forced to get of ship and go thru Customs had to sit in the terminal for 4 1/2 hour till the ship was cleared to re board. About 3000 people in a small area on food they did bring water in to the terminal. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE that's why I would not recommend this cruise to any one if have to Miami as a port of call.
Paul1124, we get your point, but please use punctuation. This is on long rant. The mess in Miami happened to us last month in Boston. Customs has to inspect first port of entry into US after foreign ports. Usually that is the home port and they check you there. I feel your pain, as it was a total mess. So it is the fault of the itinerary, not the cruise line.
Recently cruised on allure of the seas total cattle call Kmart experience One pizza stand for $6,000 people buffet was a joke half the size of normal buffets on cruise ships 45 minute wait for breakfast for a buffet and then there's nowhere to sit you have to take your food and I sat on the stairwell and ate on a $5,000 cruise if you want to see a show you have to book it the day you get on the boat or you're not going to see any shows even though you paid for your $5,000 cruise only offer for dining after Maine dining room closes is one pizza buffet and a place that had two or three different sandwich wraps for $6,000 people carnival Norwegian many other cruise lines have multiple dining free dieting Royal Caribbean's all about up pay pay more updraft try this watch the show can't go you don't have the key you don't not a sweet owner I thought I paid for a ticket what b*******
Not sure other lines will be any better based on reviews. If you are expecting the same experience that you had prior to Covid, you will be disappointed on any cruise now.
