Embarkation

5 out of 5
Fast process, no problem.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Lack of support for people with special needs, staff too busy to be attentive. Food is generally good, if you can eat it that is.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Everything is geared towards children..

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Very good, with the exception of the awful "spectra's caberet" god knows what that was all about

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Mainly friendly, didn't see our cabin steward much..

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
This is where it fails, nobody was covid cleaning surfaces, enforcement of hand washing wasn't working, sharing of utensils can easily spread disease. There was a covid outbreak myself being a victim

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Too small, felt cramped, decor basic, balcony very small, bathroom small, shower was good though.. Bed is near bathroom, I prefer the bed to be near the balcony, bed is surrounded by wardrobes, cannot see the sea..

Ship tip

Be very very careful, Covid is rife, we were very careful, washed hands, sanitised, sat at back of theatre wire masks on buses etc, still caught covid, not enough is being done to protect us and the ship was crowded..
