Review summary

Very disappointed with Soft Serve. It wasn't open at advertised times, Got in line about day 2 or 3. One nozzle was working (out of 6). It ran out before I got to head of line. Never went back. Although very irritating, I understand about "washy washy" . It was also irritating for waiters to call dessert "yummie yummie". No kids at table or within earshot. Please stop

I suppose there was a problem with the app. I tried several days but never say an opportunity to schedule Northstar and Ripcord. And yes, I tried at 8 inn the morning when schedule was supposedly updated. I never saw one instance of either of those activities on the Daily Planner. Until the time had already passed. When I looked at previous days, I saw many instances of those activities each day they had been available. Very disappointing.

If you had the drink pkg, hand mixed milkshakes at Johnny Rockets!!! Yummy. And real ice cream😎

I always saw those activities in the daily schedules delivered to our room. Maybe you weren't looking in the right place? I did manage to get an appointment on The North Star, as did several other folks I saw, so I don't know what problem you had booking the appointment. We went through the app, as instructed at 8AM on the day we decided to go.
