Bottom line I have done the Anthem of the Seas 3 times with the same itinerary and no complaints at all good ship good Itinerary and great that I can cruise without the long drive to Florida as I don't like to fly . I would definitely recommend this ship.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
No lines at all i think it took me all but 15 minutes from the car to inside the ship really fast process if you have all your paper work and checked in on the app.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
I only went to the main dining room for breakfast as i dont eat meat or fish i saw no real purpose to go for lunch or dinner .. but the servers and the food was excellent for breakfast . The buffet I tend to stay away from with good reason too crowed one sea day ( it was rainy) i did go and couldn't find a place to sit so I just left my plate and left- I also didnt do any specialty restaurants- But placed I did eat at was mostly at the two 70 the best most freshest salads there. I also at at Sorrento's Pizza freshly made hot pizza who cant resist bottom line the food and the fruit was top notch.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
I did the North Star that was different and the show Spectra's Cabaret excellent show- I did not care for the We will Rock you Show the singers were really good though-this ship will keep you busy with the comedy shows the scaventure hunts , Trivia all the good live music and of course the casino I had to find time just to sit and relax.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
All the live music and there was every genre possible but all the singers were excellent singers special note to the reggae group they were above excellent. All the live shows were great outside We will Rock you again although the performers could really sing the show I didn't like but most did so that is why I'm giving entertainment on the ship 5 stars.
Children's Programs
did not travel with any children
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The staff was always pleasant and helpful and always had a smile
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Ship stayed cleaned I always saw someone wiping things down and its well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The cabin was perfect for one person ( it probably could fit two ) this was a studio cabin with balcony and I thought it was just the right size -the only difference could see that was different from a regular balcony cabin is that it didnt have a couch or a big table - it did have a small stool if you didnt want to sit on your bed but I was fine size of the balcony i am sure was the same size of any balcony same for the bathroom i really believe it was normal size for a cruise ship this cabin type I definitely would do again - perfect for a solo traveler
Ship tip
Just enjoy and take in all the activities also the secret on the ship if you want potato chips go to two70 and ask for them don't know why they hide them but you have to ask for them they have lays and ruffles (no cost)
Port is isolated nothing to do there although they have fixed the area up since my last cruise out of this port.. about 5 minutes away there is a target fast food places Costco if you need something or forgot something -the port itself is just that a port nothing special
This was a port stop but there is nothing to really do at the port itself there is a small souvenir shop and i think a bar but if you want to do anything there you would have to book an excursion or get a ride to Cocoa Beach, NASA or to Orlando
no problem there once they got the ok to start letting us off we were off so the process at least for me was smooth no issues ( I got off early as i carried off my bags )
