Review summary

Royal Caribbean has come a long way with entertainment aboard the ship. However, the modification of the suites and the increase in the cost was very disappointing

The Grand Suite was much smaller than previous ship. Actually the Suite was disappointing. Our Steward ensured the cabin was immaculate at all times. Unfortunately, our first interaction with the concierge was borderline rude. We requested information regarding excursions and she told us to go to the app. After speaking with another guest about our encounter we believe she was forwarned of our displeasure and she called us the next day. She didn't apologize actually she acted as if nothing had happened and from that point forward her demeanor was pleasant. Its unfortunate however at that point the damage had been done. We have always purchased Suites for our travel with Royal Caribbean and have never had a bad experience with a concierge.
