Amenities: Bedroom area with two twin beds that can convert to Royal King and separate dressing area with entrance to bathroom. Full bathroom with tub two sinks and second entrance that opens to living room with sofa that converts to double bed entertainment center and writing desk. Private balcony with seating area and private dining. Suite also includes an interactive flat-screen TV mini-safe radio telephone hairdryer and additional suite amenites.

Please Note: Smoking is not permitted in staterooms; as of January 1 2014 smoking will also be prohibited on balconies.

The Grand Suite was much smaller than previous ship. Actually the Suite was disappointing. Our Steward ensured the cabin was immaculate at all times. Unfortunately, our first interaction with the concierge was borderline rude. We requested information regarding excursions and she told us to go to the app. After speaking with another guest about our encounter we believe she was forwarned of our displeasure and she called us the next day. She didn't apologize actually she acted as if nothing had happened and from that point forward her demeanor was pleasant. Its unfortunate however at that point the damage had been done. We have always purchased Suites for our travel with Royal Caribbean and have never had a bad experience with a concierge.

Wonderful trip on Anthem of the Seas by elsadriscoll

Cabin was very comfortable. was allergic to the feather pillows and right away was given hypoallergenic ones! The bathroom was very nice but had a bad odor...like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. The idea of saving electricity every time you walked out of the room was ingenious!

nice size. Bathroom was ok but for a suite and the money and considering you are a couple and probably seniors why would you wand to try to struggle to get into a bath tub to shower. I really liked the size of the NCL's Haven much more and there is a bathroom to die for. Don't feel bad Anthem, they are just trying to pack as many passengers into a ship without considering the comfort of said passengers

Extremely well put together cabin. We all enjoyed the amenities I offered, and we enjoyed the large balcony with the chairs that made a great view for sailing away. highly recommend.
