Review summary

Wonderful ship and staff....the only complaint I have is the hard mattresses. Should be allowed to smoke outside on your balcony.

all of the staff members were excellent and very helpful at any moment... Marky in the buffett was beyond excellent and our room steward was great

The ship was absolutely amazing....beautiful decor and very clean and well maintained.

The room itself was great....and it was kept very clean and well stocked.....You need to do something about the beds.....very hard and the staff didn't supply anything to make the beds softer....You need to get much softer beds. I think you should be able to smoke on your balcony....You pay more for a balcony should be able to smoke there.

You need much softer beds....Mattress was way to hard

It was a very nice port just nothing to do without paying alot to do an excursion....No transportation offered and nothing to do.

This was the best port we stopped at.....Our Cabana was excellent......All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful.

I was very impressed with the process of getting off the ship....Excellent process in place and it didn't take half of the time I expected it to take.

I don't want a fire on board my ship. I want to get home safe. Don't smoke for the time on the cruise. You can do it !

We were on this same cruise and were given egg crates for the bed the second day. I’m sorry that your room steward didn’t help you. And the smoking thing is a safety issue, they can’t monitor your balcony to be sure one is out like they can the smoking area.

The people on the balcony next to you paid for theirs also, they might not want to breath your second hand smoke.

If you talk with your cabin attendant they can usually add a foam topper to your bed to make it more comfortable. The biggest risk on a ship is fire. This is why smoking is not allowed except in designated areas.
