Review summary

Horrible cruise! NEVER AGAIN will I go on a Royal Caribbean cruise. They are only concerned with draining your pocketbook and promise the world then don't deliver. They did not take my medical dietary needs seriously despite me reiterating to them multiple times how serious they were. They just yes'd me to death saying they would take care of me when the personnel on the ship had no clue how to make me safe food. It was a nightmare. Never again. Ruined my cruise and my Christmas (cruise was over Christmas)...and then to add insult to injury they never responded when I contacted them about my experience. They had my money so they didn't care. I would give a zero review if this would let me. Absolutely horrible.

I have celiac disease and must adhere to a 100% gluten free diet. Royal Caribbean was informed of my needs months in advance of my trip. Onboard the special diets chef was incapable of making me safe food. I have the means to test my food and for the first 2 days one out of every 3 dishes showed a significant amount of gluten. We spoke with the hotel director and managed to get another chef to make my food. It got a little better, but they couldn't make me a decent dessert throughout the cruise. I was very scared to eat on this ship, which should never happen.

Couldn't do many activities, and the ones we did do sucked. We were mostly busy trying to make sure my food was safe for me to eat.

Cabin looked clean on the surface, but we kept having allergies. Come to find out, the areas that were a little harder to reach were full of dust and looked like they had never been cleaned...like ever.
