Main dining room on the 4th floor was terrible the waiter was so uninterested & rude. Went to the main dining on the 3rd floor. Excellent service, they knew our names, knew what we were drinking & had it as soon as we sat down.

Stuck in Bayonne for 2 & half days it was cold, so there were barely any activities. The bumping car were good.

Our room steward was just ok. Found items under the bed when we first arrived. Didn’t clean the the counters.t

The common areas were not clean. When I cruised on carnival & Nel there was always someone cleaning the common areas. On this ship didn’t see any

The cruise line has no control of Mother Nature. We cruise on the Anthem the end of Sept and the ship was great.

Stuck in Bayonne due to a storm mind you! The captain kept you safe like he was supposed to, had you ventured into the storm you would have complained about that. And from what I understand you were compensated for the changes that occurred. Better luck next time
