Even though we had an itinerary change, we were very lucky with regards to weather, and seas. Overall great service, entertainment and staff on the ship friendly and helpful when needed. We did 5 days which was perfect for us, and we are already looking forward to doing a cruise again. We want to go back to Bermuda and experience what we missed.

I-fly was so much fun. NorthStar was an experience. My husband enjoyed flow-rider. We were disappointed that times for the flow-rider and rock climbing were not more flexible--they limited the times, but we made sure we checked to do the activities we wanted.

Loved the silent disco (awesome experience) and the Crazy Quest game show, 70's show-fun interactive experiences. We were disappointed that they didn't provide more 'open' times for DJ and dancing. DJ music is somewhat outdated, and when requests were made the DJ pretty much ignored them. Anthem orchestra are great musicians, but they need more personality--we watched them wait for the rest of the performers at Bolaro's bar, and they pretty much remained 'stiff' and quiet the whole time--they need to lighten up! it ruins the experience when you are anticipating them playing.

Kat the entertainment director was awesome, and made all of the events fun. Jafar Curry the piano bar entertainment was fantastic. Our room attendant Lyndon was great, very attentive. Silk Dining room food and service were great-food was pretty good, but if you want to pay to upgrade, expect more. All the bartenders and staff overall did a great job and worked hard--they had us on board for a full extra day, so they put on a good show.

very clean, no issues. HATE the smoking area by the pool deck, but I assume there is no other place...glad I am not a smoker. made sure to avoid that side, otherwise wasn't an issue.
Cabin / Stateroom

Great storage, plenty of room to hang items (more than I anticipated) perfect layout, my husband was also pleasantly surprised. Great location (few flights up and you are at the pool). It would be a room I would request again.
Ship tip
Definitely download the Royal Caribbean app--very helpful. Also purchase the 'drink' bands...they were convenient.
Excursions were cancelled due to the itinerary change on our ship, but location to shopping, snorkel beach and the museum were great and we enjoyed ourselves regardless. The information center at the dock area had really great local people who were very helpful--one lady actually made a call for us on her personal cell phone to find out about our excursion change. I don't recall her name, but they were all really nice and very helpful.
