Review summary

Okay. Probably not cursing again. No alternatives were offered to make up for bad weather. I would prefer to arrive at port liberty early and get a refund rather that sailing slowly in the ocean for no logical reason.

Horrible experience at sea pled with Andrea. She was very rude. We had a reservation but left without going to the Escape Room experience. We received conflicting information from Andrea and Sergio. Andrea did not offer any alternate solution. Very disappointed with the service.

The flyer listed two times 8-8:30 and 9:30-10:30 for self check out. It was not highlighted that regardless all cabins had to be empty by 8:30. That defeats the purpose of late check out at 9:30. We were told to get out by 8:30. Very rude loud knocking several times at the door because Sofrayan had to stay on schedule and clean the cabins.

Sorry that your time in Bermuda was cut short . It really is a beautiful island. Also the cruise line doesn't have control over the weather and I would rather be kept safe than stick to an itinerary that risks your life. Don't give up on cruising, I feel that it is the best way to vacation. Your next trip may be much better.

Many people cruise for gambling only. If you at sea you can gamble but if you at port you cannot.

Sorry you did not enjoy it. Most people love cruising, but it’s not for everyone. There is not a lot that Cruise Line can do about the weather other than try to keep the passengers safe. I would still rather be on a cruise ship sailing slowly back to port than at work.
