Review summary
Royal Caribbean was good. Food was tasty. My time dining isn’t as good as Norwegian. You don’t have to make my time reservations but then you wait. We had the same dining room staff every day. They were a good team. Was expecting a party on the dock welcoming us back and a cold towel. Nope. Plenty of photographers when you get off though. Msc and Norwegian do this better. Staff was friendly. Just wasn’t wowed the entire time. Maybe I’m jaded but I expect to be wowed. Drink prices are higher than any other ship or line that I have been on. With 2 days in port, I couldn’t justify the package. I’m not a big drinker but at 10 bucks a beerEmbarkation

Breakfast - was good. Plenty of food. Seemed well maintained. Lunch - they should be embarrassed. Closed down early. Had a female officer take a spoon from my hand at 315 when the we’re serving lunch until 330. I later saw her with a plate with the rest of the item I was trying to eat. The warm chocolate chip cookie were great when you could actually get them.
Seaplex Doghouse
Great concept. We’re out of multiple items when I visited. The one person working the stand was overwhelmed. Just was let down. They mention a Chicago dog in the literature but there wasn’t one.

Didn’t find this hidden gem until 4 days in. Great food for a light lunch. Service was great.
