Overall we enjoyed it but prefer Oasis of the Seas. We would not go on Anthem of the Seas again. Ship was lacking a bit of excitement for us.
Embarkation

Smooth and quick.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Enjoyed Chops Grille and Jamie's Italian Restaurant very much. Food quality and quantity were great. VERY disappointed in the main dinning room service and food. This was my 9th cruise and the first time I have ever been disappointed in the quality of the food and more so the service in the main dinning room.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Typical overly crowded small pools onboard. Fitness center was busy but plenty of equipment. Northstar and bumber cars were fun.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Gift was very difficult to follow the storyline but singers were very good. We actually walked out half way through because of the confusing plot. Comedians were great. Enjoyed the house band.
Children's Programs

Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Service and staff were great EXCEPT in the main dinning room. One waiter named Orlando was particularly unfriendly and even a bit rude. Not the service we are used to on a Royal Caribbean Cruise. This was my 5th Royal Caribbean cruise I believe and have always loved the quality of the service.

Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
We had a balcony room. We actually had 5 balcony rooms in a straight line. We had them remove the balcony dividers which gave us 1 really long balcony. We loved the space for all 10 of us to enjoy together. Typical small cabins. Bathroom was extremely small. Closets did not provide enough hanging space for longer clothes.
Ship tip
Don't wait until the last day to buy photos. The photo area is a zoo on the last day!!
Nice shopping close to where the ship docked. Took a van taxi to horseshoe bay. Do not take the public bus!! Beach was nice. Spent a week in Bermuda last year for my honeymoon. Still looking for the pink sand.
Mother in law was stopped because of to much onboard shopping. She had to pay duty tax. Not given good direction where we had to go for this or initial information as to why she was not being allowed to disembark. This caused this poor 75 year old lady lot of stress. I think they could have advised her earlier on the trip that she would need to pay duty tax. She would gladly have paid it prior to disembarkation time.
