Had to call to have the promised prepaid gratuity added to my account. 45 minutes of my cruise vacation wasted taking care of something they promised to do 2 weeks prior to sailing. Learned of it while checking my shipboard account. They took care of but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.Embarkation
