Our first cruise, just myself and my wife, no kids, we had done a lot of research and viewed a lot of stuff on Utube and reviewed the site for the comment section nearly everyday since we booked our trip in January so we had high expectations, however we were not disappointed, I would find it hard to fault anything, the ship is amazing and the staff and service are 5 star, we will definitely do another one and I envy you guys who have one booked

Overall very good, wonderland is worth doing once for the experience, Chops was excellent and Jamie’s good, we had my time dining and the main dining rooms were very good and also great if you want your breakfast served to you instead of going to the windjammer, our favorite for lunch was cafe at 270, never that busy and great roast beef sandwich and salads and comfortable seats and views out the back of the ship

Staff were amazing, so professional and courteous and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, I did witness one day a guest being rude and abusive to a staff member in the windjammer, it was disgusting the way some people behave, I told the staff member I witnessed it and even though he said it was okay, I insisted on reporting it to the dining room manager

Cabin / Stateroom

We had a spa junior suite and it was amazing, we loved the space and the big balcony and bathroom, our cabin attendant Gede was brilliant, our room always had fresh towels when we returned to it and he cleaned it twice daily, on a couple of occasions we left our room late in the evening just before 9 pm as we were resting and Gede would be waiting to clean our room, his shift finished at 9 pm and we told him the room did not need cleaning but he insisted on doing it anyway ( he deserved a good tip which we gave him)
Loved this island, did a tour and went to Coki beach, water so clear and fantastic for snorkeling, thought I was in the film Finding Nemo, so many colorful fish
Our time allocated to check in was 12.30, we got s taxi from Manhattan at 11am and when we got to the port the taxi was waiting in line for about 20 min to get to bag drop off, now about 12.10, from that point it took 15 minutes to get checked in go through security and board
