We enjoyed the different foods in different restaurants. Grand was formal every night. American icon was typical American foods. One was Indian and chinease inspired. We travelled on anthem twice on this type of menu and enjoyed it. Each to their own

** on each level

Once upon a time Anthem and Royal experimented different menu themes om each level of MDR and tried to push everyone to MTD. Food was horrible and so was service. So they scrapped that plan. That's why one floor on the big ships has Asian decor. It served the worst Asian food you ever tasted.

They usually do. The specialty restaurants where you pay are different but not usually the Main Dining Rooms.
