We enjoyed our cruise for the most part. The service of staff was excellent and they are very friendly. One complaint is the Royal IQ...sometimes you couldn't get on it and it was difficult to make any changes thru it.

We had a family junior suite with balcony for 3 of us and thought there was plenty of room. It had a full bathroom and a half!

We purchased what we thought was "Disney Magic Express" bus to Disney area. What we received was a charter service and buses were no of the same quality. Although, the charter staff we're very nice.
We had quite a long walk from dock to shopping/cab area. No shuttles available. We enjoyed our "Resort for a Day" excursion to Atlantis. The locals are relentless with selling their merchandise at beach and in Straw Market. We just got tired of saying "No Thankyou"
We were given a number to disembark. We sat and waited until after our scheduled time. They called numbers up until 37..then another 15 mins and they just called all other numbers and it was a free for all! Long lines and mass confusion getting off ship and thru customs. Worst part of the whole cruise!
We’re the passengers told not to save chairs? Was it the crew doing it for certain passengers or the passengers themselves? I was discussing with my wife what time to get up in the morning to get decent seats for the 3 of us (daughter) by the pool.
