Overall this was a great trip. MY Kids had a blast, 14 & 15. i had the internet to keep in touch with then and let them have full run of the ship. they really enjoyed it. My Finance and I had a blast overall. Pearl Island in Nassau was one of the best stops i have ever been too. several of the shows we saw were great. it didn't feel like a week at all and we are dying to go back. Already planning next year
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Well apparently our cruise as well as the 3 or 4 in front of us and several after us were delayed @ 2 hours to board because they had a case of virus on board and now had to follow protocols and do extra cleaning. can't really blame the ship for that one just one of the headaches. BUT once we did get on board, @ 130pm, our rooms were supposed to be ready at 2pm. We didn't get our room until @ 230pm and i heard some not till almost 4pm. that you can blame the ship for.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Wind Jammers is where we ended eating almost all the time and it was great. never over crowed. the selection of food was insane. i would need several more days to have been able to try every single thing they had. and the deserts - WOW
Pool Bar
5 out of 5
This is the bar for us. We spent a lot of time on Deck 14 and i had my own personal bartender at the pool bar. He saw me and ny time i got to the bar, he had my 2 drinks ready every time.
this is definitely the place - FRIENDLY- FAST- and just a great area to hang out
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
We did some shopping on board, they need a wider selection of "Stuff". not just watches,, dresses, and bags. the 3 shows were great but a few more comedy shows would have been nice and spread out the times more. something around 3 or 4pm and not jam everything in after 7pm?
Entertainment
4 out of 5
the 3 shows they had onboard are definitely a must see
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
For the most part, the staff was great. always friendly. always trying to be helpful. there was 2 or 3 that could have been more friendly. also i did notice a bit of a lack of knowledge of thier own ship. For example, im a smoker and i asked maybe 6 people where the smoking area was on Deck 5 and was told there wasn't any. Well i find out myself on the 3rd night wandering around. So maybe the general staff needs to wander a bit? and i don't want this to sound prejudiced at all, but it is also helpful that when im asking someone for something, they can understand me and vice versa a little better???? I realize there are several countries on board for the staff and that fine, i love the culture, but when im trying to order a drink and the poor girl doesn't understand what a Malibu and Coke is and im trying to explain it to her, its frustrating for both of us.
Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Our room was great. we had the Virtual Balcony which was nice. plenty of room in our stateroom, never felt crowed. Bed could have been a little softer. Oh and they need to let you turn down the thermostats below 68 degrees. I mean really???? that's 1 big issue for me. i like a cool room and their 68 wasn't doing it.
Next time though its definitely a balcony
Ship tip
this may sound stupid or brash, but if you want something from the bar, show, meal, don't be afraid to grab a staff member and just ask for it. there seems to be a bit of a shortage of staff running around to get drinks, coffee, pillows, what ever, but if you ask, they are more than happy to get.
off the ship was pretty good and quick
BUT
they really need to open more check stations. I mean 4000 people, 18 customs stations and they had 7 open..........SERIOUSLY???????
