Review summary

Terrible experience. The food was cold and the services was terrible. The food was so bad at the main dining that people want to eat at the buffet. The buffet was packed with people and people have to stand fight for table. The ship was dirty and the ship was announcing that guests were infected was some kind of virus. The customer service staff never smiles and they seems like all guest were like thier enemies. The shows were boring. Think twice and more before you book.

We're just back from this cruise. We all had a great time. We never heard of anyone having a virus. No one was leaving the dinning room. The food was good and the staff was wonderful!

I had a FANTASTICALLY AMAZING time!!! No issues, no sicknesses, and hot hot hot and tasty food! I just finished my 12 day cruise today!

This is fake Blondie17. There was a virus but they don't know what type? Customer service never smiles? Food was cold? Too many fake things

Wow a virus could happen on any ship. There was a virus when I was on anthem last month and staff cleaned like crazy, no one in my family got sick, food was really good too, sounds like a cruise is not for you

I'm on night 17 of a 19 B2B. No issues in MDR for two weeks and no one is leaving for the buffet. What a crock. Where you the couple kicked off for stealing over $5k in jewelry from the Esplanade?

Wow. Sorry you had such a bad experience. I went on Anthem this past May and had a great time. There were nine of us and all nine would say the food was fine. If there was something you didn't like, order something else. The shows were great and staff was very nice. The ship itself was amazing. So much to do. I would love to do it again. Just so happens that my next 2 cruises will be on the Allure and Symphony. Hope you have a better time the next time you cruise.
