Review summary
My husband and I booked this trip as our "second honeymoon" and it was everything we hoped for. This was our first cruise ever and it definitely will not be the last. This boat was amazing with lots of stuff to do and lots of places to get away from the crowds if desired. The food at the specialty dining was fantastic. We tried most of the specialty restaurants with the exception of Chops although we did sign up for the Chef's table meal which was held there and was fantastic! The wine selection on the ship was very good as well and we ended up hanging out at Vintages wine bar on most nights. Coco Caye was very nice and we rented one of the Bungalows which I highly recommend. The Windjammer market place was very crowded in the morning with struggles to find seating so we ended up at the Solarium Bistro for most of our breakfast meals which were delicious. The spa is very relaxing and the body boot camp offered by the gym lives up to the "guarantee to make you sweat"! Lots of great salad options for lunch to balance out the amazing dinner meals. Everyone on the staff we worked with was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be sailing on Anthem of the Seas again!

Ship tip
Get dinner reservations early! We didn't get to go to Chops because we waited too late to get dinner reservations. Even the general dining needs reservations. Download the IQ app before you board to help with all of that.
