Review summary

Food and drinks are fabulous.  Our Suite attendant was impeccable...Rogelio.....  I would have liked to seen stairs for the outside adult pool.  With a knee replacement...I was unable to utilize it at all.   The ladder is not conducive. IT is especially important leaving from the northeast in the winter months. I did enjoy the solarium pool.  I wished that my items were not taken from the solarium.  Since I could not go into the other pool...it was important for me that my husband could secure a seat for me.  Perhaps a few disability chairs would be nice.  He got a seat for us and went for coffee.  I was in too much pain to go with him.  He came back and everything was gone.  I had to search for our personal belongings.

Ship Quality

I watched the audit of the ship saving boats. I know I'm not saying it correctly......but they were so awesome that in fact just today I told some folks that I felt in good care and safe. Always clean....loved the spa and we intend to take advantage of again on future cruises.

Cabin / Stateroom

Rogelio could not be more attentive. Even after the 12 ft swells which caused me to go sideways in a ladies room into a wall......very painful after knee replacement..... I could not walk at all. Once Rogelio found out he offered all kinds of assistance....wheelchairs......etc. he was very concerned. I did not want to make a big deal about it although I was in much pain. I am grateful for his concern and care.

The saving of pool chairs is always a problem.

I'm so sorry. My mother just had knee replacement surgery & I would be so sad if she had to experience this. The pool chair policy while getting a cup of coffee or using the restroom is out of control. My son & I will be sailing on The Anthem of the Seas in 18 days. I sincerely hope the remainder of your cruise was filled with a little more compassion.
