Review summary

I'll stick with carnival from now on cruised with them 5 times and never a problem just cruised with royal Caribbean and very bad service and dirty ship. Most workers wouldn't speak to the guest they just had certain people they walked around with.

Beautiful ship just very dirty from poor staff

Very nice cabin but didn't come with the extras like we were told it would and the stuartist was lazy and wouldn't clean only straightened things we had to get the supervisor involved just to get our room and balcony cleaned and to even get coffee.

Ship tip

Poor service and same foods over and over and dirty ship do to lazy staff just stood around with a rag in there hand and watched people and shows instead of they're job.

I also agree we just came back from our cruise on Anthem of the seas 2 weeks ago and it was one of the cleanest and nicest cruise I have ever been on. I will never again cruise on carnival first off the decor on carnival is tacky and the service is HORRIBLE so good luck going back to carnival and I have been on many RCCL cruises and all of them are spotless and Anthem is such a new ship how could it be dirty?

I just got back from a 12 day cruise on the Anthem 2 weeks ago and it was spotless. I have been on 10 Royal Caribbean ships and never never have seen a dirty ship

I agree I have never ever sailed on a dirty royal ship. EVER. I have a friend who has been on over 80 cruises and royal is the best. I'm sorry you experienced such a bad time but I'll never cruise on carnival again food was terrible and service was nothing like rccl.

Carnival should be VERY happy to have you cruise with them. I've NEVER seen a dirty Royal Caribbean ship and I've sailed on many of them. Enjoy your next trip!
