Review summary

Restaurant menus and choices were above average. Didn't necessarily like the reservation concept of Dynamic Dining but believe this is being addressed in the future. Ship activities were fun and plenty ranging from Ifly, bumper cars, and surf and boogie boarding.

They encourage you to make reservations for shows to control overcrowding. But, we found out the shows don't fill up. You should be fine either way. I will say that the entertainment in Anthem was below par compared to other cruises we have taken. The singing/talent was good, but the stories were terrible! Judge for yourself....it was all part of a great time! Don't miss "We Will Rock You". Best offered onboard. Food was excellent. Had one bad dinner service at American Icon. Others were great.

I also had the Dynamic Dining and had no problems enjoyed everything the Anthem had to offer. Will do the Anthem again.

People seem to either love or hate the Dynamic Dining. We enjoyed it. They are making changes, going to Traditional and My Time Dining. Reservations will still be needed for My Time. Menus will change, but the venues themselves will remain the same. Maybe it'll help.
