Review summary

We really enjoyed not having to fly for this cruise.  Parking at the port was plentiful and convenient. Cruise check in was swift and not confusing. Anthem is a beautiful ship but if you love the bigger ships, you may find this one on the small side. The pools never felt crowded.  Having the indoor pool (which will come in very convenient and comfortable) really helped spread the cruisers.  If not with children go to the Solarium! It is so relaxing. The staff was great and friendly.  The captain always so friendly when we spoke to him.  Two70 is awesome whether day or night.  Don't miss the entertainment in there.  Have a need to fly---don't miss NorthStar or the IFly.  My husband loved it!

I found it "small" because the shopping area was limited to a promenade that was very narrow causing the cruisers to pack in.

I found the different food "restaurants" confusing at first (something new), but as long as you have your itinerary for dinners, you'll catch on.  Staff here too were very helpful.

Be aware that the stores do not open until 10 and that you will only be at this port until 1. Know what you want to see and what you want to buy.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

Lots of little trollies to get you around. Go to the lagoons. Much quieter and close to the food.
