Review summary

Favorite part of cruise: The ambience of the ship. The ease of accessing information. The cabins are large and lots of space.

The entertainment was good, the food was okay.

The main dining room food was good for the most part. However, the lines were extremely long and it was difficult to find seating to eat. The complimentary restaurant we half and half - some were great (Grande) and others so so.

Was great, although there too many kids in the audience of adult entertainment. I felt there was not enough programs for couples and adults.

Service and Staff

The staff was great - our cabin attendant (Carleen) was fantastic! she warm, very helpful and took great care of us. Above all very professional. One of our waiters - Francisco and there many (the down side of not having the same waiter every night) was just wonderful, kind and patient and gave of himself to make our ding experience a positive one.

I've been on the Anthem three times I agree with you, except I think the ship has no ambience. I feel it is very corporate looking and lacks personality. But it is getting better..or am I just getting used to it? Lol
