Review summary

Pros - Ship was nice and the rooms were excellent. very roomy and enough space for all clothes and things. clean ship and a lot of activities to do on the ship, crew was nice and friendly. Boarding and Departing the ship was a breeze.The regular restaurants they had us change restaurants every night and keep our waiters. that was good to sample all the menus and waiters and manager was excellent

Cons - they did not allow you to register for icord or north star online. then had to wait on long lines to get an appointment. they did not have enough staff at guest services everyday, long lines to ask questions and even call on the phone. Chops Grille meal (branzine fish) was terrible but all others were good. Entertainment was very technical for older people. we liked all the entertainment on all other royal ships. this was a little too much for older adults.

I tried booking the sky dive and others but online only allows us to purchase the surfing thing. Does the RC app work well?

I just returned fromthis ship and was disappointed too. Compared to other RC ships this was not my favorite. To start off, they changed my room after I booked in 2015 for 2016, they changed 2 of our show times and we had 10 in our group. The robot bar drinks were nasty and it was always rebooting. Bermuda wasnt all that and the sand wasn't that pink. I know all ships are different but I wont go on this one again.

I don't know where you go to do it in person, but you can use the Royal IQ app once on board.

Did you book late? We had no problem registering for North Star, etc for our upcoming cruise, but we did it months ago.
