Review summary

Very impressive floating village that has amazing art work throughout the ship.  Food other than specialty restaurants was just okay and sometimes waited very long for food to be served. As usual Chops lived up to its reputation. Italian restaurant was very good but was not that impressed with Wonderland for an extra $49/person.  Very small casino. Even though there was smokers section the smoke was throughout the casino.  Seems like RCCL are now starting to nickel & dime you, everything has a price tag on it even items that were complimentary before.  TV in state rooms when you did get reception played the same shows over and over again.  To view a movies in stateroom again were costly. Staff were for most part very friendly and accommodating.  Cleanliness was as usual outstanding.  Captain was very clever and entertaining.  Loved the cruise director and his early morning tv show.  Jury is still out on whether to book another trip on this mega ship.

Thanks for sharing - this ship isn't drastically bigger than Freedom (which is our favorite ship) so we are more comfortable in trying Anthem (and we did take the plunge and booked it for the end of the year). We did Oasis and had a good time but it was so big you often never saw water. We did Radiance and there wasn't as much to do as on a bigger ship. We are looking for a happy medium. It could take us a while :-)

We thought wonderland was also over priced and over hyped... Left Hungary

We were on this ship in March & i do agree w/u this ship is to big. Chops was the best, Wonderland was interesting & Jamie Olivers was better than I expected.
