Review summary

We picked RCC because we really liked a cruise we took last June from New Jersey but this was the worst experience-and an expensive one. The amenities they make out on this boat are very hard to get. The staff is clearly miserable and the boat is completely mismanaged. The food was the same regardless of restaurant and they continuously ran out of food. For example, I went to dinning room at 5:30 and seen chicken cordon blue-but 6:30 they were out and none were left. Cococay-disaster. Told there was plenty of chairs- none by 10:00 am. Ran out of ketchup- and no one takes accountability for anything on this boat. I am so bored and the kids were ultra board. I spent more time loosing money in the casino and in our room. I am so angry we spent nearly 10,000 on this cruise and it was like staying at a Holiday Inn. The weather didnt cooperate but you would assume with all the activities that would be OK-but you only get to try them once. We never even got to ride flowerier or the bumper cars or roller-skate! Had to fight for meals. So angry with Royal Caribbean.
