Review summary

Cruise was very nice. Dining staff and stateroom attendents were pleasant.

One concern is the dining staff in the Windjammer were understaffed. At times there weren't any dishes and silverware. Many times we couldn't find seating in the Windjammer. I was told by a supervisor that there were many new dining staff and only had two weeks training. I hope this situation improves.

we cruised 30 nov on anthem.we also found that there is a great reduction of staff. the american icon we gave three trys then decided not to go there again, slow service food cold not to royal caribbean standards.otherwise loved the ship and the staff, the staff were as always great friendly and so helpful.we felt that there have been a lot of cutbacks regarding crew, and new untrained people on board.so come royal caribbean get your act together, its ok having more new ships but not at the expence of lowering standards.
