Ship layout is amazing , shows are great , super friendly staff .

Was very disappointed that after purchasing our cruise our Itinerary was changed. Booked this cruise to go to St. Kitts specifically and then it was changed to go to San Juan where we had already been several times. Only in San Juan for 4.5 hours and then missed Coco Cay because of the weather. 7 Day cruise ended up being basically 5.5 days at sea.....bored stiff at the end.

I would take this cruise again. I really enjoyed it. Enjoyed the cruise, the ship, the shows, the people....everything about this cruise, I really enjoyed.

NOT a good experience, food was bad, pool areas were WAY too crowded, could not ever find 2 pool chairs next to each other. Ship was SUPER ROCKY. Rumor was that there was a stabilizer broke, and that is definitely how it felt. Was my second cruise and after doing some all inclusive resorts in between, we will not be doing another cruise again.

Had a wonderful vacation. The shows were spectacular. The ship was absolutely Gorgeous!

First time on this ship - was great. Looking forward to sailing again after it get its update.

There can always be improvements. For ex. In the hot tub in the solarium the edge of the steps and seat need to have edging with tile. I fell going in because you don’t know where the last step is. I observed I wasn’t the only one

This was our 2nd time on Royal Caribbean but our first on Allure. The ship was amazing. There was so much to do. The entire staff was so friendly. We would definitely go on Allure again but choose different ports that we have not visited.

It was a very enjoyable cruise. We had excellent weather except the day at Coco Cay. The shows were very professional and the singers in Mama Mia were outstanding. We were only able to get My Time Dining and that was a little bit of a hassel each night because we wanted to eat early since we had shows to attend.

The Allure of the Seas is a wonderful ship with so much to offer. The staff are excellent and the entertainment is top notch. I would definitely recommend this cruise.

Travel agent was excellent. Received timely communications. Embarking was effortless. Cruise was relaxing.

The pictures were expensive and available at the last night before debarking next morning. I would love to still be able to see the pictures and possibly purchase some from my group online. That should be an option!

enjoyed cruise but as I stated above they add charges for everything internet, special cafes, ice cream on the boardwalk, popcorn We got the drink package but there were only 3 places to fill cups and you had to take your cup everywhere. bit of a pain

For my first cruise, my experience exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks were absolutely exceptional, the service was great across the board and there was so much to do on and off the ship. We were so sad to leave! I will definitely book another cruise with Royal Caribbean via the site in the future. The discounts and the onboard credits certainly made the trip all the more worth it.

I will never sail another ship with RCCL, without first buying the key. When we arrived we went first to a waiting area and boarded withe diamond passengers, although we were not diamond yet ( we are now) we also paid extra for the bags to be picked up the night before and they take them to the airport and you don't see your luggage again till you get home.

We love the new larger ships. Many choices to be made everyday. We were sailing during Halloween. There was a costume parade along with lots of music and other activities, to include trick or treat for kids. The dining was great as usual. The photographers do a great job also. The buffet was a little busy at peek times but we always managed to find a seat. Having 6000+ guests must be a huge challenge. I commend Royal Caribbean for the great effort they put into making sure everyone has a great time. 5 stars from us!!!

The cruise was really nice, I loved this ship I will be back to cruise with them soon.

I enjoyed the cruise but am disappointed in RC for not resolving our accidental purchase of a Next Cruise certificate. It doesn’t leave me wanting to go on another RC cruise.
