Good cruise. The wait staff did not appear as polished as other staff, Always had to wait for next course of food. Steaks were not good.

Had a great time on a wonderful ship. food was generally good and plentiful. A very friendly and helpful masked crew. Everything worked as intended.

We going big group most of us are Asian, food was good, but if you add more choice of Asian food it will be great for everyone

The ship and cruise were very pleasant. The consistent dirty silverware was not good.

Tons of fun and always something to do! Mamma Mia cast was phenomenal!

Really enjoyed the cruise and would have liked to have done a couple of more days.

A wonderful cruise with family to celebrate a family reunion and anniversaries. The 2 days at sea were good to slow things down and to also enjoy the boat which helps to make it more relaxing. Impressive boat which is massive and had all you could think. Was a tad bit crowded on the boat. Locations were interesting but the popular excursions were quickly taken up. Enjoyable bike ride and kayak albeit didn't see much sea life. The cenotes were very much a worth while experience.

Awesome!! Would like to plan a Mediterranean cruise next.

CASINO ROYALE NEEDS TO BE FLEECED. THE STAFF ARE GREAT! THE SYSTEM IS A SCAM WHEN IT COMES TO GIVING OUT THE AWARDS IT PROMISES FOR REACHING CERTAIN POINT LEVELS. THEY DID NOT HONOR THIER OWN ADVERTISEMENT.

great ship allure of the seas is beautiful. my son loved it was his first cruise. ports of call where great. loved having 4 sea days.

Great crew on this ship. And so much to do...or do nothing.

It was nice to see this big ship and features - but we will pass on this class of ship as long as they continue to pack passengers in like sardines. It's herds of folks everywhere - and difficult to enjoy yourself when you're having to aggressively find where to sit and eat or enjoy yourself by a pool or at a pool. If you're in a pool, there isn't even one foot of distance between you and the next person. So, if you value your personal space, I do not think you would enjoy this ship. Also, be prepared to watch elevators stop on your floor with no space for you or your family. But I think if you stay on the 17th Floor, they allow you to have exclusive priority access to the elevators.

The people in the clinic gave us conflicting information about my friend. They said she would be air-lifted to Ft. Lauderdale; we were sent to the Curacao Medical Center. They said Royal Caribbean would not abandon us. After we left the ship, never heard a peep from them! Very disappointing, considering that my friend is a Diamond Club member.

Amazing ship, big, beautiful, great atmosphere, we definitely will return.

Lots of activities. Food was good. Entertainment was disappointing.

We ranged in age from 5 to 74. All of us had a great time with all of the amenities the ship has to offer

It was wonderful experience, all members of my family really enjoyed it. Even my 4 years old son who doesn’t like to go to the daycare really loved kids club and went there every day with pleasure. I was happy to see a smile on his face and a new piece of art he made there when I picked him up:).

Very disappointed with the availability of the soda dispensers. Only one after hours. The rooms were way too small base on other cruises we took. No omelet station which was disappointing. No late hours eating areas...except for Pizza. The pools were too over crowded. The adult pool was way too small to accommodate the adults in that area. Drinks were way too expensive compared to other cruises. The service in all the areas was great! Getting off the ship was the easiest we have ever experienced. The dinners were the best I have ever had.

Wonderful week on Allure of the Seas! Absolutely amazing ship with phenomenal shows. I was really excited about Aruba but loved Curaçao so much more! We had a blast!

Beautiful ship. Great, helpful and happy personnel work this ship. They were very excited to be back to cruising and it showed. Delicious food in all of the restaurants, great service with a smile. Only downfall, we came home infected with COVID. Don't understand how it happens when everyone has gotten on with negative test results. Wish Royal Caribbean had an answer to this problem.
