This was a very nice getaway. The ports were great and the ship just made the trip that much more worth it. Our days at sea were filled with adventure and entertainment.. The 70's Party & Mamma Mia were an added bonus. Thanks so much

This was a great deal on , but the royal Caribbean ship review i had a very bad experience. The ship is great, but they do not care about your experience. Me and my mother had the worst experience ever. This vacation was supposed to be for my birthday, and they failed to notify me that there will be no birthday decorations in my room. I paid for cake, strawberries, specialty dinners all for it to be ruined. When i first got on the ship nothing was delivered to my room, nothing was decorated. But my money is gone out my bank account. very upsetting. It's been 3 weeks since the cruise and i still did not receive my refund. think twice before traveling on this ship. We stayed on the 7th floor but had to dine on the lowest floor 3rd floor, which made my mother seasick. We asked if we can be placed on a higher floor, they turned their backs to us. we will not be back.

Cruise was good the staff was outstanding. The ship was too hot all over A/C was not working properly. The parede and the 70's shows where good. The main dining room food not that good first night meat was hard formal night we waited more that one hour for the food. And more that 35 minutes to be seated. Drinks and staff and cleaning excellent.

Very disappointed in RCCL, they have not keep up their high standards. and as mentioned earlier i am very disappointed in the $1327 liquor package and how they serve the cocktails at a cost of $13.00 each if i did not purchase the package. You DO NOT SERVE FLAT, WARM sodas in a nice cocktail. And you need to serve ALL THE LIQUORS YOU ADVERTISE ON YOUR SITE AT EVERY BAR. And RCCL I think you can allow your bar servers to do a more generous cocktail pour for a good drink. I will NEVER purchased that drink package again. I will reconsider what cruise line i travel on my next cruise.

After not being able to travel since 2020, I was worried at first how things would change on the cruise due to covid. After the 1st day of walking around and testing things out, I can promise you they have not skipped a beat. Seamless to get on the ship and off, Staff is VERY grateful that Cruises are up and running. Shows, specialty dining, drinks, ports everything was on point.........

Great customer service! Relaxing vacation! The itinerary was perfect for our needs. Entertainment was superb! Crew was courteous, friendly and professional.

Highly recommend the Allure of the Seas. This is a well run ship with a dedicated crew. Well done Royal!

It was great and relaxing staff was great and service. Just did not like the nickel and diming with all these extra added cost and some of the specialty dining I felt was to expensive.

All and all, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable cruise. I loved staying on the ship and all it had to offer. Love Royal Caribbean and love dealing with Melissa L. from .

great boat, lots of places to explore. Entertainment is good and food is very good. App crashes, staff seems overwhelmed and tip sheet has misinformation. I look forward to experiencing continued improvement in the guest experience.

IMy wife and I really enjoyed our cruise and Donna Balaban our cruise consultant helped us very well. We’ve used her about 8 times. I would highly recommend the Allure. It was big but there were so many places to go that it didn’t feel cramped. I want to go on this ship again or her sister ship Royal Caribbean is one of my two favorite lines, the other being her sister line, Celebrity. Great service, food, activities and ports of call made for a FAB Vacation!

Loved the Oasis class ship. Exceeded our expectations, especially for our first time cruisers. Wish we had a longer cruise. Will definitely cruise again on an Oasis class ship!

Price seem to be right for the cruise but when everything was said and done with balcony upgrades alcohol, Internet, tips and the key. The price for the cruise was double than I expected. Was it worth it yes, but it was expensive. We had a great time. Back to reality, back to work I’m saving for my next cruise on Royal Caribbean. Happy cruising I will see you on the ship.

Great time. Maybe change up the food in the windjammer from day to day. Wish the smoking area was not near the sports pool. and cabins.

This is a great ship with a great crew . If you book a cruise on allure you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to sail on this one again.

Great Cruise would do a Royal Caribbean cruise again.

The cruise was great. There was some mixup with our transfers from the airport but the staff cleared it up. The service from our travel agent was lacking as he promised our insurance would transfer and then never got back to us when we called several times about it.

We’ve been on Allure of the seas several times and would go again. The entertainment choices are excellent, the staff very friendly and the food excellent.

Have been on seven cruises but first on Royal Caribbean. Giant ship, lots of walking to get around it. Lots of hot tubs and pools plus sports activities.
