Review summary

This was primarily for the grandkids, we prefer longer cruises ourselves. Overall they were happy with the cruise.

Embarkation

Line was constantly moving. Well staffed so no problems.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Main dining rooms were somewhat crowed, not enough space between tables. We eat early, so the buffets were not crowed when we were there.

Onboard Activities

Our grandkids were also traveling with us and they enjoyed all the teen activities.

Entertainment

We did not go to them, choosing to spend time with out grandkids and they were not interested in the shows.

Children's Programs

The grandkids did not think much of the kids club and said Norwegian's kids club was much better. They spent time on the FlowRider and Ping-Pong. They were very disappointed when they went to a Air Hockey Contest and were told there would be a fee that was not mentioned in the daily planner. Everyone else left also.

Service and Staff

Service was great. Our room steward Kevis Gordon was really outgoing and fun to talk too. In the American Icon Grill we had great service: Twice we ate at table 338 with Arvind and Prashant. Once with Ritcheel and Apthi. And breakfast with Merick. All were great and answered any questions we had.

It was easy to get around the entire ship and I never saw any problems.
