Room attendant only said hello daily, nothing above and beyond. The most the wait staff spoke to us was when it was time to remind us to fill out our reviews. Again and again we were told on the last day how much we were appreciated which seemed like nothing more than a move for a greater gratuity after average service all 4 days.

I've been on the Allure with a large group (30ppl). No complaints, had a great time. RCCL is my favorite line. Going on the RC Wonder in May, '24.

Sorry you were disappointed in your cruise. Even though we had great service, food, and entertainment my husband also hated the Allure. He thought it was too crowded, too many rude passengers and the elevator situation, as you said, was atrocious!

We were on the allure of the Sea and loved every minute of it didn't find anything difficult shows were great food was fine room Stewart friendly and did his job
