Diamond +.....don't think so! Has one cruise listed back from 2015. Any experienced cruiser would not make the rookie mistakes this person made.

This is fishy. If you're Diamond Status, you should've been able to book entertainment in advance. It sounds like maybe you screwed something up on your end and are blaming the cruise line.

Something isn’t adding up, if Diamond Class, you’d know what a Guaranteed booking gets you. I’m more thinking the issue here is the passengers and not the ship or cruise line.

Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. You said you are diamond plus members so you should know cruising during spring break is going to have packed ships. You should also know that show reservations on Oasis class ships are booked ahead of time. All the Royal ships we’ve been on from Brilliance up to Wonder have packed dining rooms with tables close together. Booking multiple guaranteed cabins was not the best idea if you wanted the cabins next to each other. You should have booked by choosing your cabin numbers. Hope your next vacation meets your expectations.

Everyone saying "don't cruise during spring break"...so basically avoid the entire months of March and April? Colleges will have spring break different weeks in March. Then in April all the K-12 schools have their spring breaks throughout the month. So everyone might as well write off two whole months if they want to avoid Spring Break. It's not like it's just one certain week for the whole country.

Because it is such a big ship, the Allure is ALWAYS crowded. I imagine it was worse during Spring break. Glad you enjoyed your time at Coco Cay though.

All holidays in the carribbean are bad. Our last 2 cruises on Royal were Memorial Day and New Years Eve. They were terrible, never again.
