This was a throw-down, last minute cruise some friends wanted to do. The ports are nothing to go crazy over and have been there numerous times, but I like being on a ship so it's not a big deal really. We had fun, the gang had fun so it was successful.

No issues, pretty quick.

Food and Dining

Main dinning service ws excellent, but that goes with the luck of the draw with whom you get as servers. Ours were super. I've thought RCC food had been slipping the last few years, but this cruise I thought there was an up-tick especially in the main dining room. Food was great. Chops was great too. Drinks were terrible in the Pub, stick to beer there or straight stuff you like to dip on. They can't screw that up!
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
They were fine, not one to participate much anymore outside the fitness center which I like on this line of ships.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The Blue Planet you should pass on. No one in our group knew what the hell was hoing on. Comedy was decent. Promenade shows were fun.
Children's Programs
No kids
Service and Staff

One waiter was one of the worst I've ever experienced. Some people need a new career. Everyone else was great.
Ship Quality

well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Inside balcony over Central Park. the room itself was good. but won't do another in this area again. Music way to loud starting at 9am coming from pool deck, I guess. I don't need Donna Summers at that hour.
I made the mistake of self-assist... I did it because I was in a group. I usually am never in a hurry and wait till late to get off, but the group wanted off early so I did it. I prefer walking off the ship to find my luggage is the only one left in the assigned line. LOL
Loved the Allure. The last cruise we took before Covid, and could be our last with all these medical issues now. Everything was great! We also like to take our time leaving and have a nice leisurely breakfast in the MDR.
