Review summary

Overall we had an amazing time! All new ports I haven’t been too as well. That being said the ship for me was too large. Just a lot of ground to cover. I would definitely do these ports of call again.

Embarkation

New Terminal SUPER NICE! Along with New technology I was in the boat in less than 15 minutes from arriving to port.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was great! I recommend eating at Johnny Rockets when you first get on the ship. We ate their at noon and it was empty! Sorrentos pizza for an afternoon snack. Main dining room fantastic. Only place I didn’t eat was the Buffet.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Lots of options, especially on sea days. I love the trivia. But something for everyone.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Only saw 2 shows while on board. Aqua show & and the ice show. Both were great mane time to see both.

Children's Programs

So low marks here. I was surprised that the kids club just felt like every other kids club. My daughter is 10 and every time we went to the room in her age group, there weren’t a lot of activities going on other than playing video games. She mainly just explored the ship with her cousin and friends they made along the way.

Service and Staff

No complaints here. Only thing I would say is if this is your first time on a larger ship like myself, be prepared for your room attendant to only be around your room once a day. For such a large ship I can only assume they have so many more rooms to take care of. Previous cruises I gotten very used to seeing them early and often. Other than that everything was great.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Personal preference here, for my first time on an a ship this size, I think I prefer a smaller ship. I was still getting lost and turned around in the last day 🤦‍♂️. Everything thing seemed so far away even finding a restroom when you were out and about. Other than that it was clean, orderly, & very nice!

Cabin / Stateroom

Ship tip

Avoid the Buffet! Lots of great complimentary options you don’t even need to step foot in there.

Ports of call

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

Loved the fact we rented a golf cart and saw the port that way. That being said the water wasn’t very clear due most likely the seaweed in the area. The walk from the ship to exiting the port was very long! Would definitely try to see the ruins next time I visit this port.

Cozumel, Mexico

Prettiest water we saw all trip was at Punta Sur. A little bit of a drive but so worth it!

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Went to Little French Keys’s well as holding sloths. A little pricey but nice.

Disembarkation

Very quick! Recommend if you can carry your luggage off. Also be very careful with the Uber & Lyft drivers once you disembark. They will most definitely try to overcharge you to take you to the airport or anywhere for that matter.
