Review summary

I ordered the acrylic package that contains 5 sets of pictures for 1700 US and the biggest picture of all turned out horrible. Our faces were blurry, it was not HD at all, the background of the carousel was better looking than us. I called RCC regarding the matter and because I was 8 months behind, they would not acknowledge my concern. I believe that pictures does not lie, so whether it was a year ago, it still is bad, It cannot be altered with time. Please be warned and save your money

I never use the pro photographers anymore. We all have phones that take photos that are just as good for free. I don’t even pick up the free photo that I get for being a Diamond member. 🤷‍♀️ Other than the photo issue, you don’t provide a lot of explanation for the low ratings across the board.
