It was what our family really needed! My daughter had just graduated from University & before heading to Grad school, we all needed a vacation! It'd been a few years!!! This was the best! We felt like royalty! Thank you to all the staff on Allure!!!

So much to do! My family went Zip-lining for the first time...on the ship! The staff were very patient & helpful! So much fun! Putt-putt was a blast too! Carousel on the Boardwalk was beautiful!

The staff were kind, courteous & very talented! Our room steward made us towel animals! Different ones every couple days! A couple of times different personnel would stop what they're doing to help my daughter & I find "ducks!"

Since it was out first cruise, nothing to compare to...so the layout was great. Especially since our room was really close to Starbucks!! Th ship was very clean & maintained with great care & love.
Cabin / Stateroom

We picked an interior cabin, being our first time...didn't know if I'd get seasick. I didn't!
Cabin had more storage than I thought it would! We didn't even use it all. Our room was kept very clean! Especially when I accidentally turned on the water to high in the sink & cleaned the floor. LOL. Great water pressure in shower too!
Ship tip
Book shows early, they get reserved fast. By the time we booked our cruise, all the early seating times were taken. But if you show up a few min before the early seating, there are always no-shows & you may have theirs!
Went to the Houston Space Museum. Rainforest Cafe & rode the underground water ride!
They have a Walmart close for last minute things. Pier with rides & souvenirs.
Watched the Mayan ritual when we first got there! The four men swinging in mid-air, only by a rope! So scary, but awesome! Shopping! Beach! Kayaking! Shopping more & found the best chocolate shop! Caught in the rain...but we had rain ponchos!
Shopping! Trolly excursion with an excellent guide! Drank coconut water from an ice cold coconut...YUM! Ate lunch at Hard Rock...got the t-shirt! Ha! More shopping! Don't be afraid to price bargin!!!
