I love Royal's Oasis class ships the Allure is my second one we were on Harmony in September. There is so much to do if you want to I don't think you would get bored. The guests were friendly for the most part and it seemed to be at times a big family vacation.
Embarkation

The new terminal in Galveston is beautiful and embarkation was a breeze. From the time we dropped the bags at 10:45 am we were boarding the ship at 11:00 am.

We only ate in the main dining room 1 night, but the food was great. It was cooked as ordered and service was outstanding.

The only reason for 4 star rating is I did not participate in any of the outdoor activities.
Entertainment

Amazing! I was so looking forward to Mamma Mia and it did not disappoint! The 70's party in the Promenade was so much fun. Do not miss the ice show it was so much better than I could imagine.

Our room attendant was always available and gave wonderful service. The rest of the personnel we encountered on the ship were very good with the exception of a very few, but all in all I would say the service was excellent.
Ship Quality

Although she is an old ship I thought she looked great! There is some normal wear and tear in the cabin on the furniture and carpet, but that is to be expected.
Cabin / Stateroom

There were two of us in the cabin and it was a little tight but manageable. I really enjoyed having a Boardwalk Balcony we were able to watch the Aqua Show from our balcony.

Take it all in and do everything you can. The ship has so much to offer!
