Review summary

everyone is nice. Should not have to try to get A.C. for the room..Shows are too late. Private island Haiti is nice, but the local are way too pushy...Royal should do something about that.

stay out of the windjammer....every other place was ok...Hot dog stand should be open at 1100. Walked up to the Mexican specialty dining, was turned away even though they had only one couple seated. We had to go back to our room and call to get into restaurant. should not charge for room service..

Cabin ok...Air conditioner in room was something to desire...we called and someone changed a filter and said it was ok...we complained a couple more times, but to no avail....woke up sweating..was told it was our fault because the door to the outside was not shut...plus the tv channels are not good, and they charge 11 bucks for a movie.
