I was glad to go on the Allure as I had never been and I was also glad that it was only 1/2 capacity. I usually enjoy smaller ships but you can’t beat the entertainment on the large ones! Sometimes the ports of call mean more though. It is my goal to be on every ship in the oasis and quantum classes and I’m thrilled to have had the opportunity to enjoy the Allure!

Food and Dining

Only at in the windjammer for one breakfast and one dinner. I thought it was good but my hubby didn’t care for the choice of foods for dinner. Dinning room was hectic but the food and service was great! Specialty restaurants were the best and a first time experience for us. Will definitely do that again!

Pool area and deck chairs were scarce therefore did not spend too much time there. Had a nice suite and balcony so mostly relaxed there. Hot tubs were nice but I felt too crowded especially with the ship at 1/2 capacity. Fitness center and spa area was really nice and not crowded at all! Walking track was really nice as well!

Yes! The only thing I missed on this boat were more pool areas and places to lounge . I love the solarium and that could have been twice as big!
Cabin / Stateroom

Jr suite! Love this room as the balcony is bigger, room and closet and bathroom all just bigger like a hotel room!
Ship tip
Try the specialty dinning to avoid the crowded hectic feel of the dining area. Also the solarium was our pick for breakfast and the park cafe our pic for lunch! Awesome salad bar!
Nice shopping area but just hold firm and just say NO! Unless of course you just have to have that bracelet! These folks are EXCELLENT salespeople! The beach was wonderful although I was surprised that we didn’t have designated chairs and umbrellas provided for us!
Did not do a tour this time. Just shopped and there were so many new places to shop there since I was there 10 years ago. Still very much in the rebuilding phase since theIrma and Maria!
