Review summary

The ship itself was great with a lot of activities for elementary aged kiddos. Youngest loved riding the carousel every night! The aqua theater area was our “go to” for nightly entertainment after the show.

Ship tip

The suites amenities on this ship were absolutely worth it! Coastal Kitchen and serving staff were amazing.

We swam with the dolphins at chaukanab. We were supposed to get to feed the manatees and only got to pet them. We paid extra for the kids to hold the parrots and take a picture. The snorkeling at the beach was great. Felt closely watched (not in a good way) in the several areas of dolphin building. The walk through the Mayan Replicas was nice. We were not properly returned to the correct port section which forced us to walk through a “less safe” feeling area. All in all it was a good experience, but there are improvements to be made.

We took a second trip to Blue Lagoon to swim with the stingrays but our experience was not as fun as the stingray staff were not as interactive as our first experience. We did enjoy the self guided snorkel in the bay with our own equipment.
