Review summary

We enjoyed our cruise immensely. For us this was a respite vacation so we did alot of relaxing and rejuvenating. And made use of the drink package and the spa. Cannot wait to go on Freedom next January. Seems too far away.

Smooth and easy. From drop off to on ship think it was less than fifteen minutes.

Main dining room good as always. Park Cafe and pizza also good. Windjammer a bit hit or miss for me at lunch, but always found something new to try.

Onboard Activities

Solarium was nice. Too bad Bistro was booked for private use whole cruise, will have to wait until next time to enjoy. We spent time at the spa as we got the thermal suite unlimited pass for the first time. Usually just get a couples massage.

Entertainment

Enjoyed the comedy show. Did not make it to our other booked shows as we were enjoying what we were doing at the mid and decided to skip.

Clean, no problems with room. Last day had trouble with toilet flushing but room steward got maintenance to our cabin, fixed within 20 minutes of reporting the issue

Can be as busy or relaxed as you want to be.

Did a taxi tour then had our driver drop us off at the "boardwalk" area to walk around and shop before we made our way back to the ship. We enjoy doing our own thing instead of organized ship excursions. Glad we had a taxi as I do not think we would have enjoyed driving as much had we rented a car.

Always love San Juan, but too short of a stop. Not nearly enough time to really enjoy. Felt bad for the passengers that missed the ship.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

First time splurging on a beach bed. Really enjoyed the tranquility at Chill beach. Would get a beach bed again.

Disembarkation

Self disembarked, off the ship, taxi to pick up rental car and exploring Ft. Lauderdale by 8:30. Will do that again. Walk right out with the new facial recognition.

Unfortunately yes. We went to the track on deck 5 to watch the "pier runners". Two guys were 5 minutes late and they left them. Looked like one was going to puke. I am always crazy aware of the time as I always make my hubby be back to the ship at least an hour before we have to be.

Whoa! People actually missed the ship?!!! That was my biggest fear as it was our very 1st cruise. Glad you enjoyed your vacation.
