We were on Allure 2011 and it was absolutely fantastic, however this time around it wasn’t as wonderful as I remember. I’m not sure if it’s because ship is showing age and needs to be updated all around or if staff isn’t as good as before. We went on Independence of Seas last year and it was amazing so perhaps we need to go back to little smaller ship.

Drink Package is well worth it and the drinks are delicious!! Samba Grill was AWFUL!! Chops Grille and Izumi was OUTSTANDING!! My time main dining room was edible but nothing great. Windjammer was OK

Explorers Was good but I feel staff in Adventure Ocean on previous ships/cruises were fantastic. I was disappointed with some of the staff.

We encountered some wonderful staff and then we also encountered some not so happy staff. Seemed liked pool bar staff was unhappy to be there. Chops Grille, Kamel was outstanding. Main Dining room was just ok.

Room was clean but defiantly showing some wear and tear. Our room Air was not working right first 2 days but then they seemed to fix it. Our room steward Naira was very sweet and kept our room very clean, however there was only animal towels two nights and that was something we always looked forward to at night from previous cruises
