As a first time cruiser it was wonderful, aside from my unfortunate experience with Diamonds International and that’s on the way that company treats people, not on the cruise line.

Plenty of room, closet space was nice. Very clean and well taken care of twice a day. Store luggage under bed so as not to take up closet space

Shopping experience was stressful. Be very careful in Diamonds International...very pushy, fast talkers and NO RETURN POLICY THAT YOU INITIAL ON BACK, YOU KNOW THE PRINT YOU CAN HARDLY SEE, BUT THEY DON’T TELL YOU THAT. THEN THEY ARE UNWILLING TO ASSIST ONCE PURCHASE IS MADE. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. DOESN’T MATTER WHAT PORT, ONCE PURCHASED YOU ARE STUCK...CORPORATE WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME TOO BAD YOU SIGNED THE PAPERWORK.

To be fair...rating was due to weather. Torrential downpours so stood under a food area with everyone else crammed in there for two hours then returned to ship. I’m sure on a good day it is beautiful.

I believe my brother bought engagement ring and bands there. Married 4 years now and his wife has had no problems with rings.

I would NEVER shop Diamonds International again. Bought a watch with Diamonds and diamonds fell out. Finally got it resolved after 3 months and intervention from the cruise line. Then took an additional 35 days for refund.
