Review summary

We were first time cruisers and did not know what to expect. We were totally blown away with the ship and the crew which make this ship enjoyable to sail on. The cleanliness of the ship and focus on passenger experience was great.

Main dining room meals were great. Wife was even impressed when feeding that many people. Same issue with buffets keeping food hot is a problem reason for a rating of four. The Brazilian Steak house disappointing. Chops for dinner excellent. The Italian restaurant also very good.

There are so many other free venues to have breakfast and lunch on the Allure but you don't need to go to the buffet. We will go to the buffet for lunch on boarding day just to see what it's like but then other places the rest of the week.

Btw we live in Vegas so we're used to Buffets but I've seen a lot of reviews about food not staying warm. Can someone elaborate please....is it certain types of dishes? We're 1st time cruisers also and any help is certainly appreciated. Thx!
