I have been in a w/c for the last 6 cruises including the Allure and have found it helpful if you're instant that the Shore Excursion desk help you. By emailing the vender in port they are more willing to help. Also private tours at the end of the pier are more willing to help too. I am able to walk on to the bus or get into a taxi that helps. If you research at the end the ports before you cruise and have an idea of what you can and want to do it is helpful. Ships are pretty good but not perfect.
